Omg! Ponyo, the little gold fish was damn cute lahhh!
I want watch it! Whenever the commercial about this movie, I will beam. Don't know why, it's like, it will brighten my days. So cute! I bet the story must be touching like the 'Fireflies in the Graveyard'(agar agar, translated from Chinese). That was damn touching. I remember when I was Primary six, after PSLE, my form teacher, Mrs Pauline Chua, let us watch this movie. (anime) So touching and I cried. Okay, nearly cried. LOL!

The story was about 2 sibilings and how they try to survive in the World War ||.
The Big brother was responsible to take care of his younger sister. His sister had a tin of candies and ate one everyday in order not to starve to death. The brother than will rather starve and like his sister to be happy. He also took risk to steal food for his sister, what he did was for his sister. The younger sister likes fireflies when they saw them upon the chance. But, unfortunately, the younger sister die because of disease and starvation. Skinny and weak. The brother was helpless as their parents died in the war too. In the end, he sat beside a pillar at the train station, dead but still holding on the the empty candy tin.

The above story was approximately like that as i watched it ages ago. Although I got the disc, but I never wanted to watch it, fear that I will cry.

    hmm, back to PONYO!

The director/or whatever shown in the video was the that made the movie I mention above. I love jap movies ( anime/rl actors).
